Orders
How do I get a quote?
Visit our home page and start by selecting the type of device you’re looking to sell, next the model of your device, followed by the carrier, storage size, and condition the device is in.
Do you offer a price lock guarantee?
Yes, all prices are valid for 14 days after your order is placed. The order just needs to be postmarked within those 14 days and you are good to go! If your device is postmarked more than 14 days after the order is placed, it will be subject to re-quote.
How do I sell multiple devices?
You can use the “Add Another Device” button which can be found by selecting your cart, or on the page when you receive your offer amount, and at the checkout page.
Am I obligated to sell if I place an order?
What if you re-quote me, can I get my device sent back?
In the event that your device is not in the condition described during the quoting process, we will send you a new quote.
If you choose not to accept the new quote, we will send your device back at your charge
If your device needs to be sent back due to a breach of our terms of service (i.e. account locked, blacklisted, remote managed, and counterfeit) you will incur a $30 return shipping and handling fee.
When will you process my order?
We will process your device(s) and issue payment within 3-5 business days of receipt
How do I get paid?
We offer 2 convenient payment options. You can receive an online payment through Cheque or Interac E-Transfer ! Payments are processed after we receive and inspect your device(s).
When will I get paid?
We send payment the same day we verify and process your order! (by the 5th business day after arrival)
Should I Include my accessories?
All accessories are recycled responsibly upon receipt. If you choose to include to original box, accessories, or anything else besides the device itself with your order – we are happy to take it, however, we will be unable to ship them back to you under any circumstance.
Do accessories increase my order value?
Accessories do not increase the order value, however if any are sent with the order we will responsibly recycle them upon receipt.
Devices
Do I need to remove my SIM card?
You do not need to remove your SIM card but you can if you’d like, either works! If it is left in, it will be removed during the testing process.
How do I remove the iCloud or Google account from my device?
Shipping
Do I pay for shipping?
No, shipping is 100 percent free!
What are my shipping options?
When you place your order, we send you a prepaid shipping label with Canada Post via email. Simply place the shipping label on the box you use to send in your phone.
I don’t have a printer, how do I get the shipping label?
